Wednesday 18th Longreach – Barcaldine – Mt Arthur

Now it is time to make our way back to Barcaldine to meet mum & dad and head out to our friends place at Mt Arthur.

We drove 25ks out to Barcaldine Downs and the dirt road started a short distance after that the road was very good.

Turned onto the Mt Arthur road and 20ks up there we found the homestead, now one home at this stage so we sat around until they arrived.  I had to go back to Barcaldine Downs to pick up mum & dad as he was not keen to take his bus on the dirt.
