Tuesday 3rd Mt Moffatt –Major Mitchell Campsite

Overnight we had rain not sure how much and by morning we woke to find heavy fog so we left camp about 8:30am to head out and try and find mum & dad who were waiting for us on the road to Mitchell somewhere.

The first place they said they might be they were not and so we drove on a few more ks and they were down the road to Major Mitchell Campsite glad they were somewhere we could see them.

We drove into the campsite to check it out and decided to stay so dad drove the bus in on the dirt road not sure it sees too much dirt.  Because the morning was so wet as we drove and kicked up the dirt it was sticking to the van so now it is very dirty.

Great spot to camp Paul go the pot belly stove out and we sat by that for the rest of the afternoon as it seems like it could be getting a bit cooler tonight.
